Hey, girls! I have news... Well, there's no big new, but it's something: Today's edition of "Wik?n", a chilean magazine, the reporter Afonso Daniels talks about the sixth movie, because he was in Leavesde studios, and he got the chance to interview Daniel Racliffe and David Yates. They talked about the two parts of Deathy Hallow, and of course, about this movie.

"... However, the sixth movie is not darker than the Order of the Phoenix. We all know the terrible end to Harry's teacher, Albus Dumbledore (Michael Gambon), but the film is mainly about the awkward and funny romance between Harry and Ginny Weasley, Harry's best friend Ron (Ginny is played by Bonnie Wright since the second movie).
Abot this, Radcliffe says: "It's complicated history it's not a simple romance because Harry is Ron's friend, and Ginny is his sister so Harry, literally, walks on eggs". The director, DavidYates, says: "The fifth movie was intense, but this one conteins a lot of comedy (...) There're many subles in their relationship, a lot of sexual and emotional tension". Also, the film promises accion and a thousand of magic spells, and it will one new scene tha doesn't appear in the book."

finally some new bit of interview about the H&G romance that's not recycled or re-hash! waaaaaave i genuinely wish the manner Dan described H&G romance will be concretized "as is" in DYates' HBP film! love4 this is exactly what avid H&G shippers and huge Ginny fans like me have been w-a-i-t-i-n-g for so l-o-n-g!!! HBP film is almost done in 2 months and haven't seen the H&G sunlit-snog, ugh!! >; ... whereas the fiasco romance of H&CChang in OoTP was posted all over barely a couple of months in filming OoTP

vibing positive about HBP as not seen it yet, cheerios to H&G and huge squueee to Ginny!!! sooooo cannot wait for Bonnie Wright to finally get her deserved-more-than-3-words-dialogue and a fair bit of screen time -- not to mention being romanced by Harry/Dan!! cannot wait for the media promo blitzes too about H&G/Ginny for this requires loads of Bonnie Wright lerft-right-&-center -- FINALLY!!! i'm certain Bonnie is psyching herself up with this-step-to-the-limelight in the HP films! It's all well and good, but I just wish they'd focus on what's important! And at the end of the day, all things in perspective... If this movie is a comedy? They've not done it right. I mean, they had to add a scene to get their point across! That's a HUGE sign that you're not doing a good job.

But at least they got the h/g part right! Even if it was a few chapters. (Worry not, I've been a rabid h/g shipper since COS was first published =] )

I think WB is going to promote the romance and Voldermort's past and under tone the Snape/Draco part of the story. Kinda keep the non-book readers in the dark. Have be suprised that Harry was right about Draco and Snape's involvement with Draco and Dumbledore's death.

Also Loleia at Harry Ginny Network did a translation of it. It's pretty much the same, but a little clearer.

Against all expectations, the sixth installement of the saga will not be as dark as the previous one. In spite of the tragic end of Harry's mentor, Dumbledore (Michael Gambon), the movie actually revolves around the awkward and comical romance between Harry and Ginny Weasley, sister of Harry's best friend Ron (played by Bonnie Wright, who made her debut in the second installement*).

On this topic, here is what Radcliffe had to say: "It's a complex story, it isn't a simple romance because Harry is such a close friend of Ron's, and Ginny is his sister, and Harry feels as if he's walking on eggshells". According to director David Yates, "the fifth [film] was pretty intense, but this one has more comedy in it (...) There are many subtleties in the relationship, and a lot of sexual and emotional tension". The movie also promises a lot of action and magic galore, and it will count with at least one scene that is not in the book.

The site also goes into a bit of detail about a playset that "has been shelved until after the film" is released in November because, according to the source, Warner Bros. felt "the scene far too scary for kids and felt that figures of the Inferi would be too upsetting".

Cool a Luna figure. She really got a huge following after the last movie didn't she?

The romance will be a subplot. There is so much more important things to cove, more serious things, so they may make the romance light in tone. The Ron/Hermone/Lavendar romance is going to be fun. It's hard to figure what they'll do with harry and Ginny. It's basically a one book romance, and Ginny's hardly in DH. Who knows how Wb will handle it. At least, Ron and Hermione will have the last kiss in the series so that will be drug out. Plus Wb will hype up the Hermione and Harry evil kiss, that's movie goers dreams.

I'm glad to see there will be a Ginny HBP action figure. Hope they come out with a Quidditch Ginny figure too.

I'm not too worried about DH. With two movies to fill out, just as much chance we'll get more of Ginny, H/G. And since they're shooting for a proper send off, the Epilogue in some form will definitely be in.

With DH they may do what they did with LotRs. In the movies of LotR they made Liv Tyler's charater bigger then it really was. In-between the Fellowship travels they showed her character with the elves.
They may do that with Ginny, Neville and Luna. In-between the camping scenes, which are long, they may show the second trio (Ginny, Neville and Luna) causing chaos at Hogwarts. Especially since DH is a two parter movie. Also Harry and Ginny get married at the end, they have to make Harry and Ginny relationship believable enough that they really love each other enough to get married in the future.

I wonder if they're going to get new adult actors to play the grown up harry, ginny, ron etc.. but then again the kids will be practically old enough by the time the movie's over. maybe with some extra makeup they will be able to pass as their older selves

Well I am sure since Daniel Radcliffe was the first major characters face we remember, it is only right that his be the last face we remeber seeing in the series. They will just add makeup and special effects to make the actors look older.

According to ABC's Medianet website, the American network premiere of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire will be on Saturday, April 26, 2008.

When Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets were premiered on ABC in May 2004 and May 2005, respectively, previews for Prisoner of Azkaban and Goblet of Fire - which had not been released at the time of the first two movies' television premieres - were aired with the respective showings. There is a possibility that previews for Half-Blood Prince will air during the telecast for Goblet of Fire next month, though this is not confirmed. We will update when we have more information about the telecast.

I found some news on when the teaser may be released.

TLC has gotten a new report today regarding a possible release date of the first teaser trailer for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. While there have been many various rumors out there, we have a credible report saying the first HBP teaser will air in movie theaters before the second Narnia movie, Prince Caspian when it opens on May 16. Again while we believe this to be credible, please keep this in the rumor category for now until we can get confirmation from Warner Brothers.

I found this on Emma's offical site. I'm not sure if this means promotional pictures or not but read this and tell me what you think:

I think some of those pictures of Emma she is releasing are promotional pictures of her as Hermione.
If they are, that means other promotionals pictures are coming out soon. Maybe some of Bonnie as Ginny.

Many of you were confused because Jo said a shoot she did with WB, but just because WB did it it doesn't mean it has to be promo pics of her as Hermione, that photoshoot of Daniel with the bass and the birthday stuff was made by WB and he's not as Harry.

oh where oh where oh where oh where are Ginny/H&G official pix from HBP?!! c'mon WB wake up!!! >; it seems like forever from December 2007 H&G teasers to hustle WB for fresh news/pix of H&G/Ginny in HBP???!!! WB promoted the H&CChang romance/kiss relatively early on before OoTP hit the theatres and that's not even Harry's genuine luv interest granted it was his 1st kiss -- but still the romance in canon is basically H&G&H&G&H&G - the books are centered on Harry, right. i expect loads&tons of H&G/Ginny media blitz this stage of the HBP filming but nope/zippo/nada.

what i got was an email alert Equus tix are slated to sell via telecharge on April 12. : and here i go: should i re-watch Equus -- anyhoo -- i am sooooooooooo impatient with Ginny/H&G in HBP!!!!! i already plan to have the official H&G pix in HBP as my work computer wall paper - Wall st will go-agog with my unique wallpaper, ha! lauugh

I'm so agreeing on that...the images that WB send us of OotP, were beautiful,so the ones that (hopefully) are coming will be stunning as well. And relax guys she will have her moment to shine, after all she's Harry big love.
