Tara Palmer Tomkinson wants Emma for a possible film

not compared to people like sienna miller, cheryl cole and such who get maximum publicity over here. and i do mean uk wise. most people tend to know emma as hermione granger, not as emma watson, unless they're a big fan. she's not constantly hounded by paps and that kind of thing. she doesn't get lots of media coverage as in, magazines and stuff like that? once in a blue moon will there be a little something on emma in heat or star and its usually for what she's wearing.

tara probably said emma's name because she's fashionable (tara attends lots of fashion events), british and pretty? not because of her status. but i must admit, if emma did do the role, it would get the movie a lot of press (in the states?). because it would be such a different role for the girl who used to play hermione granger.

Well you said it all, it's logic she doesn't get as much attention because she hasn't done anything major except HP. Sienna Miller for example has an actual acting career.
But who knows, maybe Tara intends to suggest Emma to do the movie for real.

it would be great for acting career if she does good in it. But with some actors i see a trend, when ever they do hard movies with thier characters using drugs, and stuff, they tend to imulate that in ther own lives. ( well alteast the ones i have observed. not all are like that though)

tara went to rehab, quite a while ago. 1999 i think. she came out in 2002 completely clean, then went on i'm a celebrity get me out of here. and i think in 2006 her nose like collapsed due to her cocaine addiction and she had to have surgery?

If emma was to play this role it would be a BIG mistake, shes a nightmare here in the UK.

Even if Emma would like to accept, maybe Tara won't find a producer for her film. And if she finds, maybe the producer won't agree to take Emma. It's not Tara who will decide.

i never knew emma had the betsy script for 2 years we only knew of it last april.

Even Amy Winehouse didn't manage that yet, lol. (Though there were some rumours)

yeah it did! something like that anyway, like the cartilage between each nostril collapsed or something like that?

it wasn't because she was still taking drugs at the time, it was just one of the after effects that it had on her. poor thing.
