It's not a private pics, it's one taking by a fan and the she/he can sue the magazine if she/he didn't give her/his accord.

If I get the meaning of the cover, they say she got her bikini body from playing hockey. She hasn't mentioned playing hockey for a long time. Isn't this an old photo, too? This just makes the magazine seem even more creepy.

I know it may be creepy, but it's not like she's nude. She's wearing a bikini. Millions of girls wear a bikini. Every summer. A lot. Why is it a big deal when Emma does when you can go down to the beach and see hundreds of girls in bikinis? I guess I just don't see the huge deal

And even if she is underaged they can still use the picture. If she wasn't wearing a top or bottom, then they would be in trouble, but she's not exposing anything so it doesn't really matter.

I agree. What's the big deal? It's only a picture, it's not a private one - it's a fan picture. I'm sure it's not the first time she's been in a bikini, and regardless, there are pictures of other young celebs in bikinis that were taken by paparazzi.

she's underaged and it's a private photo as in, it's not of her posing to the press I don't know, I agree lots of girls wear bikinis but they don't make it to mag covers and are not underaged!
