No I'm sorry it was down it shouldn't be as I did some changes.

Also I've set all users to:

Subscribe with no email notification

This means you'll subscribe to the threads you create or post in (subscribe meaning when you click on usercp it will show if there are any new posts) but you won't get an email notifications.

If you want email notifications, do this:

In the user cp go to edit options then check the box for email updates.

What does the points bar on the left signify? Is it related to the amount of posts that we have, as in say that the more posts that we have, the more points added on, am I right in assuming that?

None taken, if ever you feel the change of layout is too much you can switch to the first layout using the drop down box on the bottom left of the screen.
