hi! sorry for taking so long to answer, but yesterday was a crazy-busy day!

anyway, i tried to find your post at the 'how old r u' topic but i didn't. so... how old r u? u got me curious!

u learned english through forums for nothing more than 3 years and got that good?? gosh, u're so smart! i study english for 10 years, as i told u, and i still make some pretty bad mistakes sometimes. honestly i'm gobsmacked! i taught english for a while, u see, and none of my students with less than 4 years study were as good as u (or as dedicated, i must say). so, A+ for you!! *bows*

no need to say that u explained everything really well. i tried learning lip reading once and i completely failed! the problem is that i have this huge concentration problem and i get lost! but it must be fun to have people think that u're foreign, u can pretend to be from any place u want!

and i was wondering, do foreign movies such as HP get dubbed when they're released in Italy or do they come with subtitles? here in Brazil we have both, but i know that in France they're only dubbed (or so i was told).

i didn't find out about my gandpa yet because i still didn't call my dad this week to ask him, but i will, specially because i wanna know myself (and because i must be a nice daughter and call my dad once in a while, right? )

well, i study english since i'm 11 and i'm 21 now. gosh, i'm old... anyway, grammar books and exercises helped a lot, but what really made me learn english was to keep contact with it. so i watched a lot of movies in english, listened to music and searched for the lyrics, i also read a lot in english (Harry Potter, for instance ) and the forum itself is also great to keep updated with the slangs and etc.
